Blown alcohol for 2010

Just a note about our test engine for this year. We put our blown alcohol engine back together for nitro testing this year.

The setup is the same as our race engine described in our Fuel Injection Racing Secrets book except for about 40 more ci and about 3 to 4 points less compression. With those changes we had to increase the AFR from 3.4 to 4.2 The engine is much more sensitive to manifold fuel distribution than the previous high compression engine and needs to run a lot leaner. Off idle power is less than the previous high compression engine, but high RPM performance is in the ball park of the previous engine.
